House price data are coming from Nestoria, a search engine for UK properties.
How to use the House Prices menu?
Enter into “Search a Postcode District:” the postcode district that you are interested in. A Postcode District is the first part of a postcode (e.g. SE6, WC1, NW6 etc). For more information on Postcodes have a look at
a guide to UK postal geography.
There are a number of options which allow you to specify if you are interested in buying or renting a property, the price, and how many bedrooms or bathroom you require. After you have entered these details click now on the "Show" button and the properties will be displayed on top of the map.
